I want to take a moment to express, on behalf of Fit Express, Inc., our sincere gratitude to Tyler, who has maintained our blog with tremendous success. He has maintained the site with a strong dedication that will not be forgotten. At this time, however, we have decided to maintain the site within the company. I am Chris Stallings, and I have served as Chief Tech. Officer at Fit Express for 2 years now, and pledge to assist you with any concerns and/or questions you may have. To speak plainly, this is a just a portion of my employment duties and cannot devote the same time and quality to this project. However, there will be weekly posts which will be open for comments and/or suggestions. Remember, this is not a “club-only” or publicity-oriented site. I encourage ALL persons to read and be aware of fitness-related issues. Health and fitness, in every sense, are the most important aspects of our lives.
